Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach Moominvalley safely.
